| Washing Your Hands |
| Always wash your hands thoroughly before beginning to cook.
Use plenty of water and soap and take the time to really get
hands clean, washing off any germs. Dry hands with a clean towel.
Hands should be washed frequently while cooking. This is especially
important when you are touching raw meats, eggs or when you
cough or sneeze! |
