2 medium size sweet onions
(like vidalia) sliced in circles
1 TBS. butter
1 TBS. olive oil
Place the oil and butter in a large frying pan over low
heat. Prepare the onions and then place in the frying pan.
Make sure that all of the onions are coated with the oil/butter
mixture. Cook over low heat for 30 45 minutes. Stir
every few minutes and add more butter if the pan dries out.
Cook until onions are brown.
