Bread Crumbs
3 – 4 slices of bread
(white, wheat or a mixture of both)
1 zip lock bag
rolling pin

Leave bread out on the counter
to dry out. (You can toast the
bread to speed up the process.
Usually it should be left out for
at least 24 hours.) Break the bread
into smaller pieces and place in
the zip lock bag. Press out the
air and close. Use the rolling
pin to break up the pieces of
bread and then, roll back and
forth over the bag until you have
the size bread crumbs you want.
