Cream Cheese Filled Strawberries
(Makes 12)

4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 TBS. honey
12 large strawberries
12 blueberries
2 TBS. brown sugar

Place cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and honey in a medium bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Place the mixture in a pastry bag or a zip lock bag to pipe filling into strawberries.

Wash strawberries and blueberries and pat dry. Remove green leaves and with a melon baller scoop out some of the center of the strawberries. Cut a bit off the bottom of each strawberry so that they will sit up on a plate.

Place the brown sugar in a small bowl. Dip the cheese-filled end into the brown sugar and top with a blueberry. Serve chilled.
