3 c. whipping cream
(or heavy cream)
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
Place whipping cream in large bowl with high sides. Add the
sugar and cocoa and mix until incorporated.
Place bowl in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Using
a hand mixer, whip mixture until cream becomes firm. (DO NOT
over beat or mixture will be grainy.)
Use for cake frosting, ice cream topping, or filling for
crepes.
