Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Salad

2 ripe tomatoes – sliced or chopped
2 fresh mozzarella balls – sliced or chopped
4 fresh basil leaves - chopped
lettuce of your choice

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Wash and dry lettuce and place in serving bowl(s). Wash the tomatoes and take out their cores. Place tomatoes and mozzarella over lettuce. Refrigerate salads for at least 15 minutes. Dress the salad with balsamic vinaigrette and top with chopped fresh basil.
