| Balsamic Vinaigrette |
1 TBS. garlic chopped
1 1/2 TBS. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. dried basil
1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
1 c. extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a small bowl or small container with
a lid. Shake or whisk ingredients together and taste. Adjust
seasoning if necessary. Best if served cold.
(Vinaigrette will coagulate when right out of the fridge. Simply
leave out for a few minutes or zap in the microwave for about
10 seconds and shake/whisk.) |
