Tzatziki - (Yogurt) Sauce

2 lb. plain yogurt – drained
1 c. cucumber- peeled and chopped
small
1 TBS. fresh garlic – minced
1 lemon - juice
salt and pepper
Pita bread

Drain yogurt by placing it in a clean dishtowel that is set in a strainer over a bowl.  Place in the fridge and allow it to drain for at least 8 hours.

In a small bowl, mix the drained yogurt with the cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Serve with pita bread that has been slightly toasted and cut into triangles.
