1 recipe of Tuna Salad
1 tomato - sliced
1 English muffin
2 slices American cheese

Place the English muffins in toaster oven and toast lightly. Place a spoonful of Tuna Salad on each muffin. Top with a tomato slice and then the American cheese. Place on foil in toaster oven and toast until cheese melts. Serve immediately.

* Tuna Salad

1 (6 oz.) can of tuna in water
3 TBS. mayonnaise
1 celery stalk – chopped
1 TBS. red onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Open can of tuna and place tuna in a strainer and drain the water.

In a medium bowl mix together the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
