2 English muffins
pizza or pasta sauce
mozzarella or
provolone cheese – sliced
toppings:
pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc.

Lightly toast muffins in a toaster oven. Remove and place a spoonful of sauce on each muffin half. Top with cheese and toppings.

Wrap aluminum foil over toaster oven tray and place pizzas on foil. Bake in toaster oven at 350° for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
