| Layered Cream Cheese
Squares |
4 oz. soft cream cheese
2 TBS. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. sliced bologna
(or 1/4 lb. sliced salami)
salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl mix the cream cheese, onion, Worcestershire
sauce and salt/pepper. Spread the mixture over a slice of bologna
and cover with another piece of bologna. Continue this process
until it is about an inch high. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and
cut into squares using a sharp knife. |
